"Nice place although they do have illusions of grandeur. The hot springs are "managed" to a temperature which is about body temperature. We were surprised that the in-room coffee amenities were on a par with those offered in cheaper motels."

"The room was clean but that's it. The hotel was dirty looks nothing like the pictures. The A/C unit was held in by cardboard. No plug ins to plug your phone in to charge.
