Honestly, reading all the reviews on Google after I already booked my stay made me try to cancel it. I didn't pay extra for the refund option so I ended up going. I was actually pleasantly surprised!
I stay in room 236. I paid for a one queen bed room but they bumped me to a two bed room. This was great because I was traveling with my baby and it allowed lots of room for her pack and play and an extra bed to set up her play station. It also had a kitchen nook with fridge, microwave and sink. The bathroom was outdated and small but it didn't effect my stay, the water pressure was still great.
The housekeeping and front desk employees were okay. They start housekeeping prior to check out time at about 9am which in my books is too early. One morning I didn't put the do not disturb on the handle of my door so I had to tell the cleaner when she knocked that my baby is napping and I don't need service today. 10 mins later they were cleaning the outside of my door which was very loud and inconsiderate...
Also this hotel doesn't have an elevator, so staying on the second floor with only me and a baby - it was difficult to haul everything up to the room with baby strapped to my chest. Especially since the two heavy glass front doors don't even stay open.
The breakfast bar wast too bad, they had good muffins/pastries, prepackaged breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, cereal, toast/bagels, yogurts, juice, coffee. All you need for breakfast really
