"The location is great, our room was fantastic"

"This is a beautiful Newley renovated hotel that offers and indoor swimming pool. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I found the room not adequately cleaned upon my arrival. The shower also leaked and the drain filled up quickly so I was unable to take long showers without being worried about flooding the bathroom. The 4th floor rooms are much nicer than the 3rd floor rooms."

"The room was flooded. There was hair on the floor, mold on the ceiling fan, the floor was soaking wet, ceiling tiles were falling out of the ceiling, phone was broken, air conditioner was falling out of the window… This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!!"
