"The attention to detail is incredible. Only one of our 4 had ever watched or read Harry Potter, yet we all felt like we must be living it in real life. So as not to spoil the experience, we would just absolutely recommend this rental. It was a destination in itself (we actually altered trip plans and made a detour to stay here)...completely worth it. One thing to note is that there are beds for at least 5, from what we found. "From the moment we stepped inside, we were completely transported. The main room is lovingly themed after the Green Dragon Inn, and it truly felt like we'd just walked into the heart of the Shire. With its rustic charm, inviting hearth, and intricate, immersive details, it was easy to imagine hobbits gathering for laughter, music, and second breakfasts.The house felt like a treasure hunt in the best possible way. "The property was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful grounds. This was exactly what we wanted and have already talked about coming back. The host was very prompt with communication, and quick to respond to a request we had. The hayride was so great for our granddaughters and they loved feeding the cows! We enjoyed the fire pit too. An absolute 10 out of 10 review from all of us. Thanks for such a great long weekend. "

"My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible."

"Really enjoyed this property. The living room, kitchen and bedroom all being on different floors did give a good workout. 35 steps from top to bottom! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and the soaps being provided were appreciated. Good location close to downtown but a bit out of the traffic. Just to note: the trail to the bridge is closed until April 2026. That was a bit of a bummer but a 10 min drive and we were able to get street parking and walk across at another spot. "

"Had a great stay! The location was great with easy access to stores, coffee shops and Frazier Street. A free bluegrass fest was held at Ross Landing during our stay which was a quick walk across the bridge. We would stay here again."

"The Greenhouse was the perfect stop for our short visit to Chattanooga! The home was spotless. Beds were comfy and king size was a definite plus! We loved the deck for the beautiful sunset, a nightcap, and our morning coffee. The neighborhood was so convenient for exploring North Chat and the riverfront. And just 30 minutes to a great hike in Cloudland Canyon SP. Highly recommend!"

"location was great and northshore area. super comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. the home had a very good vibe and walkable to restaurants and bars and groceries. one can walk downtown in 30 minutes as well. i would book again when staying in chattanooga "
