"This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. "The Stinson Suite apartment was very comfortable, well decorated and well supplied with useful kitchen and bath items. The bed linens and towels were luxurious. This was my second time to stay at the Bear House and I would try to stay there again if I am in Chattanooga in the future."

"My sister and I stayed with Mr. Allen while visiting family. It could not have been better! He was prompt to respond and very easy to work with when my arrival was heavily delayed. The walk down to the room is magical- the string lights and the deck in the woods are incredibly peaceful. We sat on the deck and listened to the wind in the trees. Owners live on site so it was easy to remedy the situation- she actually moved us to another unit. It was perfect for what we needed. "We had an incredible experience staying at the Lofts at Manning. The location was perfect, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The host was responsive and made great recommendations for local dining. We celebrated two milestones over the weekend and our family enjoyed every moment at this beautiful loft. "For a mini family reunion, we stayed in the "Indiana Jones" themed suite - and WOW it was so amazing! Loved solving the puzzles and looking at all the collectables. Beds were comfy and it was a peaceful visit. Kristi (the host) was so responsive and helpful. Just wish it was closer to downtown to walk to the shops (why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for location). Overall - we want to come back and experience some of the other themed suites!"

"We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay,"

"We stayed here for Christmas, just hubs and kids stayed over night, and cooked for a few other family members. It was everything and more than expected. We loved everything! The space was needed as it rained Christmas and our family is majority kids lol. Super easy checkin and out, easy communication and fast reply. Amazing place for large or small group."

"This was the best little cabin ever. The whole little area where there are other cabins as well. I ABSOLUTELY loved this area. I took pictures and showed my aunt and parents telling them they needed to come stay here. I will definitely be staying here again. "Anyone who loves Hobbit and Lord Of The Rings will immediately fall in love with this place. The amount of character and detail will amaze you. The host, Kristi, truly has gone above and beyond with ensuring her guests feel as though they were in Middle Earth. The beds were so comfortable and the inn was quiet and relaxing. You can spend an hour doing a scavenger hunt which we all really enjoyed. Next time we visit the area we will definitely be back. We highly recommend!"
