"Poorly managed staff and poorly trained. Took more than two hours to check in due to an employee mistake. Unable to talk to manager. Not help at desk during checkout. Pay for parking was muncher higher for this area and well above other close hotels of higher caliber."

"I would not recommend this hotel. The property was extremely unclean. There was a dead bug on the AC unit in our room, and the bed was in poor condition, which forced us to request a room change. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. There were old mattresses left in the hallways ..."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If you can, save your money and get a super 8 or a motel 6. This hotel seems like it’s cosplaying as a luxury hotel when everything is decaying and breaking down. When we arrived at the desk, the staff acted like we didn’t belong there, which is crazy. ..."
