Omni Chicago Hotel
"Hotel has a great location. Front door staff is outstanding with a strong service ethos. Rooms are large and functional. Only complaint is the elevators were not all working; as a result there could be long waits. Restaurant and bar staff were super attentive and knowledgeable."
