Come & play in Chicago and book yourself the best Rogers Park unit - newly rehabbed (2023) apartment (in a two flat building) that offers luxurious and modern living. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it provides ample space for guests. The apartment also includes an office and sunroom, perfect if you work remotely during your visit - awesome natural light in this unit!

One of the standout features of this apartment is the ultra-fast WIFI, ensuring a seamless online experience. The unit is fully furnished, making staying here a breeze, and it also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience.
The master bedroom suite boasts a king-size bed and a walk-in closet, while the second bedroom offers a double-size bed. The kitchen is beautifully designed and features an abundance of cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a chef-style range hood. In case you forgot anything- the bathroom is stocked with:
Body wash, shampoo/conditioner, shaver, mouthwash, toothbrush, shower cap, makeup remover towelettes, sanitary bags, cotton pads, q-tips, bandages, hydrogen peroxide, soaking magnesium flakes.

Linens: Expect an adequate supply of fresh bath, kitchen and bedding linens but if more are needed during your stay you are welcome to use the provided laundry detergent to wash and reuse the ones provided.

Supplies: The house is stocked with most essentials to make this a pleasant stay (including some food items, coffee/tea, etc.) For longer stays, items such as paper products, toiletries and other consumables items may need to be replenished by the guest.

This freshly remodeled second floor apartment in Rogers Park offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay in Chicago. The breakfast bar seats two comfortably and you'll find all the dishes and cooking utensils you'll need to prepare a meal. We were even treated to a complimentary bottle of wine.

We stayed here for just over a week for our daughter's wedding. The VRBO was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the things we were doing. Judy, the host, was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

The unit is lovely and very well done. The owner is a nice woman but worries a lot. She was not happy when my flight was early as I showed up an hour early. A wine glass (about a quarter full) fell off the side table which I cleaned up but she was very upset and wanted to repaint the entire wall and steam clean the entire couch although the wine splattered on two inches on the back of the couch which also cleaned up pretty well. Charged for the wine glass and for the coffee pot which I never used.

We came for a short weekend to visit with our college student. The showers are hot, the neighborhood quiet and the house immaculate. You have to go up stairs to access so it may be challenging with large suitcases, but for weekend carry-ons it is was fine. We did not have any problems finding a place to park on the street. We were also able to walk almost everywhere. It was an enjoyable weekend and we all slept great.

The two bedroom two bathroom upper apartment of the house leaves you wanting for nothing. The owner has everything stocked that you could possibly need home is spotless. There are tons of towels as well as amenities like shampoo, etc. The beds were comfortable both showers and toilets worked perfectly as well as the laundry. we did not use the kitchen as we went out to eat. There were several restaurants within walking distance and even a short trip away. This is the perfect place to say to visit both Chicago and Northwestern University. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here! The open layout was perfect for us, a family of three. We wanted to spend quality time together. We loved having the windows open for the breeze and light. The space is visually pretty. Judy was a caring and detailed host. Snacks were awesome. As a tea drinker I liked having the electric teapot. We will stay again!

The listing was as described & the location was perfect for our long weekend in Chicago; close enough to easily get downtown via Uber/Lyft or by utilizing public transportation but far enough from the city. The neighborhood was extremely safe & friendly & some of the local dining spots were great as well as the local beach! Judy was even kind enough to ship something back to me that I forgot.

When we arrived at Judy’s house, we came in through the back garden. From the very get-go, the feeling of our trip was secured. It is a lovely backyard and we had the benefit of spring flowers. Up the stairs we were delighted to find a beautiful and comfortable home. You can tell that Judy put a lot of thought into the interior space. Not only is it attractive and functional, but most importantly, The beds and furnishings were comfortable. And she has goes to the nth degree for cleanliness. We were very pleased!

We were pleasantly surprised with this home! From the details in the decor to the quietness and peace it provided. Spacious with plenty of natural light it just provide such great energy. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 to give this place a stay. It will be worth it.

Lovely unit with lots of extras and attention to detail. Surprisingly quiet. Important to note that there is a steep staircase to access the unit, and parking can be a challenge.
