Grocery store(Jewel), UPS,Walgreens, Marshalls, LA Fitness, wine shop, Red Line, Metra, CTA Transportation, Evanston, Lake,Beaches, and Restaurants all in walking distance.Loyola and Northwestern 10 minutes away...Only bring your clothes and your ready to go!

Cleaning fee is $355 for stays of 30 days or less; additional Flat $150 per 30-days for longer term stays. Also, look at our other 2 units in the building.

House Rules:
-Upon booking we require a list of all full legal names of you and your guests, a four digit code to gain access to the building, a copy of the driver's license, state ID or passport (must submit to owner at the time of booking)
-No additional guests allowed if not on the list ($100 per night, per guest if not authorized).
-Additional guests: $45 per person, per diem.
-Must reserve the amount of parking spots needed. First come, first served.
-First parking spot free, (additional vehicle $25 per diem, per vehicle)
-Early Check-In Fee: $45
-No "street shoes" worn in building at all times ($100 fine)
-No Pets. ($500 Fine)
-No smoking allowed in building ($1,000 fine)

Spacious, comfortable, 3br with high end finishes

Loved Lilian’s place! Very comfortable and homey with high end finishes that really make a difference. Nice drive 20-30 minutes from downtown Chicago . Great communication and EZ check in.

Perfect Spot for a Getaway

The Clark was an excellent spot for my friends and I to stay while in town for an event. Conveniently located to amenities and public transportation, it was an easy walk to get where we needed to go. The space is beautiful and very well maintained and Lillian was easy to work with!

Home away from Home

My family and I had a great stay at The Clark. This is a great, clean and cozy apartment with bonus amenities. Quality matresses, appliances, bluetooth speakers, and kitchenware. Master shower was clean, with plenty of towels. The kitchen and the beautiful wood countertop island served as a great area to congregate with my family. The check in was smooth, as our host, Lilian, provided access information prior to our arrival. She also made sure to check in with us during our stay to see how we were settling in. The apartment is in a great location near grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and the university campuses. My family and I all agree we would stay at The Clark time and time again.

Perfect in Evanston

We came to Chicago just for 2 days and this was the perfect home for our group of 4, 3 adults and one 17 year old who really appreciated having his own room. Wonderful rental!

Could not have been happier with our accommodations. Everything from check in to check out was perfect! Lillian the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The neighborhood was great with a grocery store and several restaurants in walking distance. We even cancelled our reservation at a 4 star downtown hotel on our final night because we were so comfortable. Highly recommend!

Family trip

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful Roger’s Park condo. Everything was as advertised. The home was cozy, all essentials were available to us and we felt safe. I think our favorite part was being so close to the lake. We took several walks along the water. The host was very helpful. I strongly recommend this place.

Chicago Weekend

My family stayed at the Clark on Memorial Day weekend. I cannot say enough positive things about the rental house. The cleanliness and the overall condition was impeccable. The communication with the owner was awesome. All our questions were answered very quickly. Having a parking spot was also a big plus. Neighborhood was to borrow from a previous reviewer transitional. However we never felt unsafe. My only caution for this property is the fact that it’s on the first floor and you can easily hear the neighbors upstairs. So please consider that if you are a light sleeper. All in all we loved the location and access to the Red Line. Will consider staying again.

Looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed for a month. Location is ideal — everything we wanted was nearby- the lake, beaches, bike trails, good hospital, wonderful and abundant restaurants. The apartment was lovely: clean, fresh, very inviting. Host Lilian is wonderful & readily available when we needed her. Checking in/out was simple. Loved everything about The Clark and recommend it for short & long term stays.

Great stay!

Great proximity to resturants, groceries and Evanston. Busy street which makes maneuvering in and out of the driveway challenging if you are driving. The area is what I would call transitional but the property is very nice. It had everything we needed. The Host was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We would gladly say there again.

Exceptional!

My husband and I took a weekend trip to Chicago and we stayed at Lilian’s place. I can’t say enough great things about our stay! The location is awesome, close to Evanston or Chicago and a 5 minute walk to the “L”. Lilian was an extremely friendly and thoughtful host. I knew that if I encountered any issues she would be there to help us immediately! The place itself was extremely clean and the furnishings were very stylish. Every amenity you would need for your stay, short or long, was there! She thought of every detail. The WiFi worked great and we watched movies on the big screen TV at night. We would love to stay here again in the future next time we come back to Chicago! Thank you, Lilian!
