The waiver excludes intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, and damage resulting from unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or violations of house rules.

Located on Chicago’s North Side, right near the border of Roscoe Village and Avondale. Many locals refer to the area as Roscoe Village, while others consider it part of Avondale due to its proximity to the neighborhood boundary.



The area is residential, walkable, and lively, known for tree-lined streets, classic Chicago homes, and easy access to local cafes, restaurants, shops, and parks. It has a friendly neighborhood feel while still offering quick access to transit and downtown Chicago.



There are some great restaurants nearby you might want to check out. If you need to pick up anything, there are grocery stores close by too. And if you're into cars, the Klairmont Kollections Automotive Museum is just a few minutes away from the apartment.



Getting Around:

You’ll find bus stops close by, including one at Pulaski & Roscoe. You can also use a ride-share service for getting around.
