    Reservations of 10 nights or more include a required complimentary mid-stay cleaning to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment. For stays of 21 nights or longer, additional complimentary cleanings will be scheduled every 14 days during the stay. Cleaning arrangements will be made with the guest in advance.



    A nearby public pickleball court is within easy walking distance for guests who enjoy staying active. We provide paddles, balls, and a portable net upon request. Equipment is shared and available first come, first served. As the court is public and outdoors, availability may vary and play is weather dependent.



    For everyone’s safety, please keep all doors locked and supervise children at all times, especially near the water and deck areas.



    A valid government-issued ID and a few additional details may be required after booking to complete your reservation.



    Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet. We allow dogs and cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must observe quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or extra cleaning due to excessive hair or odors.
