NEW LUXURY CONDO WITH PATIO DECK

OVERVIEW:
This is a high end first floor condo that comfortably sleeps 5 persons. Luxury bathrooms. Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. High speed internet and 2 smart TV’s with Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and more. Adjustable AC/Heat via Nest Thermostat. One complimentary secure garage parking spot is included and a garage remote is provided for use during your stay. Access to condo is via smart locks for contactless check in and out at your convenience. This can be your home away from home!

MASTER BEDROOM & ATTACHED SPA BATHROOM:
The master bedroom features a queen bed with stylish decor, a smart TV, and an outdoor deck accessible through the sliding door. There is an attached master spa-like bathroom with a double sinks, granite vanity, large jacuzzi with handheld sprayer, and an incredible 6 head walk-in shower where you can also enjoy a hand held sprayer, shower head, rain head, and multiple body sprays.

OUTDOOR PATIO DECK:
Stunning private deck with grey cushions topping a 2 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs, and 2 ottomans. The patio also features a bar with 4 bar stools and a coffee table. Cushions are kept inside the walk-in master closet to ensure they remain dry for guests. Privacy curtains make this an ideal spot to spend time relaxing outside.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
A single collapsable bed which sleeps one is located in the master bedroom walk in closet and can be set up in advance upon request. There is also a large leather sleeper sofa in the living room which opens up into a queen sized sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. This condo comfortably sleeps 5 persons as there are a total of 2 queen beds and 1 single bed.

LUXURY BATHROOMS:
1.5 Bathrooms. The master bathroom is a full and there is also a half bathroom located in the hallway between the master bedroom and kitchen. Each of the bathrooms are stocked with white towels, automatic antibacterial hand soap dispensers, hand sanitizer, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and tissues. There are additional towels, blankets, pillows and cleaning supplies in the hallway closet. There are a total of 10 white bath towels, 10 wash cloths, 12 hand towels, and 2 bathmats provided. Personal toiletries, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner and body soap are NOT provided.

CHEF’S KITCHEN & 6 PERSON DINING TABLE:
This gorgeous fully equipped kitchen is an entertainer’s dream. Top of the line stainless steel appliances- fridge, freezer, ice maker, oven, stove top, dishwasher, disposal, and toaster. White porcelain dishes include 12 large dinner plates, 12 small dinner plates, 12 pasta bowls, 12 cereal bowls, 2 serving bowls, and 12 coffee mugs. Glassware includes 12 highball glasses, 12 rocks glasses, 12 champagne flutes, 12 white wine glasses, 12 red wine glasses, 12 crystal old fashioned glasses, 12 shot glasses, and a flower vase. Silverware includes 12 small forks, 12 large forks, 12 dinner knives, 12 large spoons, 12 small spoons, and 12 tasting/coffee spoons. 18 piece knife block set, 17 piece cookware set, 14 piece bakeware set, and 14 piece cooking utensil set, mixing bowls, 5 measuring spoons, measuring cup, cookie sheets, can opener and peeler provided. Keurig coffee maker with coffees, creamers, and sweeteners provided. Salt, pepper and boos block cutting board, a plastic cutting board, and ice bucket provided. Cocktail shaker and bar set provided with wine openers and champagne stoppers. A kitchen hand towel, 2 paper towel rolls, automatic dish soap dispenser, automatic antibacterial hand soap dispenser, hand sanitizer, a sponge, dishwasher detergent, kitchen garbage bags, and extra bedroom/bathroom trash liners are provided. Cooking oil is NOT provided and no used kitchen items will be left in the fridge or in the cabinets. Placemats are provided for the 6 person dining table. There are also two bar stools located at the kitchen island. Silver charger plates, white cotton napkins, and napkin rings available upon request for special events.

This property was exactly as advertised and matched the photos perfectly. The condo was spotless upon arrival, with a very comfortable bed, beautifully updated bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with quality appliances and cleaning supplies. Guests should be aware that pantry staples such as olive oil and condiments are not provided, so plan accordingly.Parking in this area can be challenging and quite busy, so the included parking garage was a great convenience. However, the garage is tight, shared with three other vehicles, and requires backing in from a narrow alleyway—manageable, but worth noting for larger cars.The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant, though it was a bit farther from downtown than expected once traffic was factored in. The living area was nicely furnished, though the seating was a bit firm, and the nearby AC unit could be somewhat noisy at times.The only real downside was noise from the upstairs tenants, likely from small children running and playing during early morning and late evening hours. This was beyond the owner’s control but did make it harder to sleep in on vacation.Overall, this is a beautiful, well-maintained rental with an exceptionally accommodating host. We appreciated the early check-in and check-out options and the added security of smart locks and gated parking. Despite minor noise issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again.

House was spotless. Parking was tight, wouldn't want to try that alley with an SUV or truck. Neighborhood was cool but not walking distance to any tourist attractions. Overall experience was positive and would recommend it to anyone going to Chicago.

We came to Chicago to attend a Notre Dame Game. Group of 8. My husband and I stayed on floor one. The rest of the group stayed on 3rd floor. Safe and clean. Fully stocked, host was gracious and communicative. Location is 15-20 minutes from all the main attractions and near the freeway we had to take to go to South Bend. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property with great updates and decorated very nice. There was coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everything was very clean and well supplied. Jessica’s condo is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location! Clean, close to so many different restaurants and spots to visit. Having a garage to park in and not having to find street parking was wonderful!! The outside patio was our favorite. The perfect little spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors without feeling like you’re in the heart of the city. We had an amazing stay!!

The property exceeded our expectations and was much more spacious than anticipated—perfectly accommodating our group of five adult women. The location was ideal for visiting Navy Pier and enjoying various attractions with the Go City Pass, all without the hassle of staying directly downtown.The included garage and free parking were a major bonus, especially in the city. While we brought many of our own supplies, the home was well-stocked with the few items we did need.We experienced one minor issue with the air conditioning, but the property manager resolved it remotely while we were out to dinner. We returned to a comfortably cooled home, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Perfect location

The neighborhood where this condo sits is delightful. There are several walkable coffee shops and bakery shops. This location is perfect! Easy to get to downtown, easy to get to Midway Airport, easy to get to Lincoln Park. The condo was impeccably clean and beds (even the pullout couch and cot) were comfortable. It is perfect for a family of four. Shannon (property manager) is super responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would easily book this listing again.

Great Condo in West Town

The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. They had everything on hand for a relaxing stay. The glassware gleamed! The towels looked brand new. They had coffee, tea , sugar and creamers in the cabinet, a bar set on the counter, cutting boards and even mixing bowls. The shower is amazing and the floors are immaculate.I was a little concerned about the parking because I couldn't find the location of the garage in the description, but it is located directly behind the house. You can see and access your vehicle from the back of the house. We left the vehicle in the garage and used Uber to get around the city.The condo is on a pretty street bordering another great neighborhood, Ukranian Village. Both are walkable neighborhoods with tree lined streets. All the surrounding houses looked well cared for. Shannon responded within the hour regarding early check in and we had no issues while we were in the condo. We would definitely stay here again (or in the other unit in the building, a roof top condo that also looks awesome).

Amazing Place to Stay

This place is lovely! There is plenty of space for spreading out, having friends over for dinner, relaxing after a day of exploring the city. It is clean and beautiful, has nice amenities, and has an amazing shower and deep bathtub for after LOTS of walking.We didn't have a car, so we took mass transit and/or walked everywhere, and it was so easy to do. And there are very nice and interesting places to eat close by. We had a delicious dinner at El Paisano Tacos, a huge breakfast at Shokolad Bakery & Café, and a yummy brunch at Nellie's Restaurant.We didn't have any issues, and communication with the property manager was easy through the app. They let us know of some parking restrictions that happened during our stay (it didn't effect us, but they made sure we knew about it, just in case).
