Enjoy your own penthouse in Chicago's Gold Coast-the city's center of nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. Sitting 38 stories in the sky, your 3 bedroom/2 bathroom penthouse offers some of the best views in all of Chicago. The highly secure building includes elevator, rooftop pool, full gym, and is perfect for families traveling to Chicago, professionals visiting the city on work trips, and everything in between. The cityscape views are unbeatable!

The Space:
Located in a full-service building with elevator access and just steps from Michigan Avenue, your penthouse apartment was professionally designed, sleeping up to 10 people and is perfectly situated for groups, families, and those traveling for work. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room and kitchen which have some of the most breathtaking views of all of Chicago, and features high-end cooking appliances and designer level finishes, which creates a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group.

Your spacious living/dining room combo is decorated in mid-century modern furniture and features a large sofa (which folds out into another bed), accent chairs, dining table for 8+ people, and smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible).

Attached to the living area, the high end designer quality chef's kitchen is outfitted with Viking gas-powered ranges, Viking oven, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, minifridge, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, amongst others.

This one of a kind apartment comfortably sleeps 10 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed, full bath. An additional bedroom with two twin beds side-by-side. One additional bedroom featuring a full-over-full bunk bed.

There are ample parking solutions should you need. We offer one garage space in the parking garage next door.

Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our professional cleaning service that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is stripped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Our family of five stayed at this property as temporary housing for 5-weeks during the middle of winter. We all enjoyed our stay here. The unit was well lit which was helpful during the late sunrises / early sunsets of winter. The unit stayed warm even during the coldest and windiest of days. The in-unit washer/dryer worked well. We loved the city views from the unit. When we had occasional need for service or assistance in the unit, management attended to it very quickly. The fitness center was well maintained and always open. We loved the location as it is close to restaurants and great shopping. The ambiance was true to the pictures.

The pictures are exactly what you get. The 38th floor of a downtown complex. The amenities were everything you could need and the appliances were top notch. Since we stayed when it was cold we didn't get to use the pool and deck on the 39th floor. Plenty of room for the whole family. We would stay here again. Although no clue how to use that Miehle coffee machine.

Brought my family here for 5 days/4 nights and we had a nice stay. I believe in full transparency reviews, not as a way to list pros and cons, but for travel detailed people like myself to make sure I know what to expect. The description of the penthouse is mostly accurate, there are definitely high end amenities and the location is truly amazing. Great views of the city and close enough to the red line for travel needs. I’d say it’s a good 8-10 minute walk to either the Chicago or Clark/Division stop. The building itself is an older building but has some updated features throughout. As far as the unit itself, walking in is definitely breathtaking. It has a great kitchen and comfortable living/dining room space. As another reviewer pointed out, there are no curtains in any of the rooms, but there are shades. They are not room darkening shades, more privacy in nature, but the unit is not an east facing unit so it’s not like the sun comes directly into the unit in the morning. We had no issues with sleeping. The unit has interesting climate control. It didn’t seem to matter what the thermostat was set to, the temp didn’t seem to change. This wasn’t really an issue as whatever the temp was, it was comfortable enough. There are no ceiling fans, only a couple of box fans in each room to keep circulation flowing. The beds/pillows were great. It was great to have a washer/dryer in the massive walk in closet in the master bedroom. Great hosts, would definitely stay again!

Location was excellent. Property was very spacious and clean. Suggestions would be to bring eye masks as there were not curtains. Very light early. Also lots of 20 something young people in building- be prepared for that in common spaces.
