Grandes 3 habitaciones / restaurantes en el corazón de Logan Square, a minutos del CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD

Hermoso, recientemente renovado tres habitaciones con un baño en el corazón de Logan Square. Ubicado en la línea de autobús Kimball con servicio de lavandería (ver descripción) disponible. Hay un mini mart del barrio una puerta abajo y un alquiler de bicicletas Divvy a tres cuadras de distancia. Venga a hospedarse en el vecindario más popular de Chicago con algunos de los mejores restaurantes y bares que ofrece la ciudad.
La unidad se encuentra en el segundo piso de un edificio de dos pisos en una zona verde. Muy soleado con grandes ventanales. Recién remodelado de 3 habitaciones / 1 baño. Todo el apartamento (que no se comparte) en el conveniente vecindario de Logan Square es suyo. A minutos del centro y muchos sitios. Un montón de aparcamiento gratuito en la calle y en la línea de autobús Kimball. DOS televisores de pantalla plana con Hulu, Netflix y HBOgo y cable PREMIUM. El segundo televisor está en la habitación del medio. Internet gratis. Barra de sonido de Samsung con Bluetooth. Cocina bien equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo y cafetera. Camas tamaño queen de alta calidad con colchones de espuma de memoria en cada habitación. El sofá también tiene un nido extraíble y se puede proporcionar un colchón de aire a pedido. Sábanas y edredones de alta calidad con alto número de hilos en cada cama con lujosas almohadas de espuma de memoria. Tendré dos cestas de lavandería para usted (una para ropa oscura, agua fría y otra para ropa blanca y agua caliente) y lavaré todos los artículos que necesite. No me doblaré, pero los devolveré a la mañana siguiente recién lavados. La razón es que nuestra sala de lavandería se encuentra en una parte inacabada del edificio y preferiría ofrecer el servicio para usted que tener que lidiar con el sótano de miedo. También hay un gran comedor para reuniones familiares. Además de todo eso, tenemos cámaras en el EXTERIOR del edificio. Dicho esto, sea honesto con la cantidad de huéspedes que se hospedan. Si esta unidad está reservada por favor revise mis otros lugares!

Great Logan Square apartment

A few coworkers and I, as well as my partner, visited Chicago for an annual wine festival. We loved the cleanliness of this apartment, it was spacious and sunny and just as advertised. Location was fantastic: in Logan Square but not in the heart of all the craziness. We would definitely stay again :)

Host was very communicative, we were going to a convention(bunch of nerds) which meant we got up around 7, returned about midnight. Parking on the street has restrictions during the weekday(host explained them right away). Yep ... Great stay!

Great weekend getaway!

My sister and I flew into town for a weekend getaway to visit friends and Nikkole's place was perfect! Everything we needed and much more was provided, and Nikkole quickly answered any questions we had and worked hard to ensure we had a perfect stay. The space was much larger than anticipated, had a full kitchen, and the neighborhood was much quieter than others we visited. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Great easy Chicago stay

In Logan Square with easy street parking, nice sense of neighborhood, felt very safe, pretty quiet, very walkable area. The spacious 3 bedroom walk up was perfect for a girls weekend with friends. Beds were super comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Groomsmen Stay

I needed a place close to Stan Mansion for my groomsmen and me to stay for the weekend before and after my wedding. This place was perfect. It's older, but it has a lovely charm and had significant remodeling done to make the stay feel modern, but also down-to-earth. TVs with full cable or streaming services are made available, fully stocked kitchen, and nice clean linens and towels ready to use. The host communicates well and gave me all of the little details I needed to know before and after our stay. She also offered her phone number and made it clear she would go out of her way to make anything right, but we never did as the space provided everything we needed. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.

This is an older city home with updated bathroom and kitchen. The photos represent the property well. Plentiful street parking. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The owner was easy to contact and responsive. Would definitely come back!

Cubs Game Stay

A fun and quiet 2nd story apartment south of Logan Square. The apartment had 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen, 1 bathroom, and was very clean. Our host Nikkole was very helpful and communicated well with us. We had a slight problem with the door lock and she came fixed it while we were out for breakfast and lunch. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. We came into town for a Cubs game and easily found our way around by walking, public transit, and using an Uber. There was plenty of street parking near then house. It was a great place for us and we would come back again!

We had zero issues with our stay, when we ran out of toilet paper the owner was quick to respond. Fully stocked kitchen, clean sheets and towels, cute space. Would definitely book again.

This was a perfect location, close to the metro, beautiful space to relax after a long day of play. Property manager was available when we had a simple question and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location.

Pokemon Fest weekend

This was my first trip to Chicago and driving downtown was crazy! So many cars & people! We loved the fact that we were able to park almost in front of the building and we didn't have to pay for parking or carry our luggage far. The unit has been updated with a keypad for entry. We felt very safe staying here. You could tell that it has been recently renovated and the beds were comfortable and the towels looked brand new. Thank you for having water and drinks in the frig. We will definitely stay here again next year when we come back for the Pokemon Fest!

Nice Owner But Mixed Feelings On Property

A friend and I stayed two nights in this property. Admittedly, she is more observant than I am and she had heard some horror stories about apartment rentals which maybe made her even more cautious and observant. First, the positives: I messaged back and forth with the owner and she seems nice, friendly and responsive. She seemed to care about the property and our time there. The location was good for our plans the price was good relative to others in the area. The inside of the property looked like it had been recently renovated and it matched the pictures. The furnishings, especially in the bedrooms, were pretty basic, but acceptable. There was a nice flatscreen TV with streaming options. These are the reasons I give 3 stars. For the negative: the facade on the front of the property looked like it was separated from the house and in disrepair. After we walked in the front door, the door leading to the first floor apartment had a broken window that had been "repaired" with cardboard. We didn't get in until around 8:30, and the owner left the key in the lock, not worried because "the apartment was on the second floor and no one would go up there." I was generally okay with this, but my friend was concerned. The key unlocks the deadbolt on the front door, but there were no other locks to secure it or the back door from the inside. (In hotels you often get that bar you can flip across the door to secure it from the inside.) That also made my friend uncomfortable, since we didn't know a previous renter hadn’t made a copy of the key. Nothing terrible, but it would have been nice if we could have secured it aside from the key. My friend noticed a strong smell of "dog", likely from the dog barking downstairs, but she seems to be okay after getting some Fabreeze. Other than that, one electric outlet was missing its faceplate, it looked like the floor had not been swept, and the toilet had not been cleaned. The last comment has nothing to do with the property, but it was located adjacent to a corner store with graffiti-tagged corrugated steel security doors at night. As we pulled into the unfamiliar neighborhood at dusk, it did not give us a welcome feeling, but that may just be typical of Chicago and/or city apartment rentals. In summary, we spent a fair amount for two nights in what was otherwise a fairly spacious apartment, but there were some things that will likely cause me not to use this service again.
