The Space:

Our fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs only. The living area features a comfortable sofa and TV, creating a cozy space to unwind, and the bedroom includes a queen bed for a restful night’s sleep.



The apartment also includes a clean, well-equipped bathroom and a functional kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals at your convenience. WiFi is available throughout the unit.



Situated in a great location close to popular attractions, you’ll have easy access to everything the area has to offer.

Located in the heart of Chicago’s vibrant Lakeview neighborhood, our apartment offers a lively environment just minutes from iconic spots like Wrigley Field, The Vic Theatre, and the Laugh Factory. Enjoy easy access to the lakefront at Belmont Harbor Dog Beach, plus a diverse food scene with local favorites like Kim’s Korean Cuisine & Sushi, Esencia Urban Kitchen, and neighborhood bar ROCKS Lakeview. It’s a perfect blend of city energy, lakeside relaxation, and neighborhood charm.



Getting Around:

Lakeview offers convenient access to public transit from the apartment. The Broadway & Roscoe bus stop is just a 2-minute walk, while the Halsted & Roscoe stop is about 4 minutes away. For CTA trains, both the Addison and Belmont Red/Brown/Purple Line stations are within a 14-minute walk, making it easy to commute downtown or explore other neighborhoods.



Other Things to Note:

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
