Grandes vistas.

The hotel has been renovated recently, and the rooms are quite big, even including a well-equipped kitchen. Before being a Marriott, it was a Conrad hotel and it seems they have kept many features. It is also very well located! The breakfast is excellent, and it changes everyday. The only aspects I would mention are the cleaning service that 'forgot' to clean our room twice, even the green light was on out of the room (it is a very domotic room in all senses). And the air-conditioning seemed...

Muy buena localización. El hotel está bien, baños limpios, cama cómoda. Eso sí, el aire acondicionado exige ir con ropa de abrigo... La alternativa, que elegimos, es que quitaran el aire acondicionado.

EXCELENTE UBICACION, Y UN HOTEL CON LA CALIDAD CURIO. LASTIMA QUE LA OPCION DE DESAYUNO SEA TAN POCO SALUDABLE Y NO HAYA MENU CON FRUTAS O BAJOS EN CALORIAS Y GRASAS.

Perfectly located, new and modern hotel. All automated. Room is comfortable, not big but with everything one needs, except for a little table next to the bed… Bathroom is small. Breakfast buffet includes some hot and cold tasty food.

Great location for connecting with everything Chicago has to offer!! Located along the waterway, we were able to walk or had easy access to buses/trains for each excursion. Fantastic and affordable eateries saved us hundreds of dollars in Uber expenses. Try Hyatt, you’ll love it!!!

Estuvimos alojados 5 noches. El personal muy simpático y dispuesto a ayudar. Muy bien comunicado, con bsras, supermercados etc cerca, y muy cerca de las zonas a visitar. El desayuno incluidouy bien a tu disposición hay para tomar cafesvy te en la sala de estar. El bar agradable y es caro muy recomendable

Good location, good people. Comfortable and spacious room and bathroom, clean, but everything is very dated. Breakfast could improve a lot.
