The Space:

Our 2-bedroom apartment is a great choice if you’re looking for a cozy and practical space. The living area is inviting and perfect for relaxing, and the dining area is ideal for meals or just hanging out. The kitchen is well-equipped for anything you want to cook, and the bedrooms both have queen-sized beds for a restful night. You’ll also find fresh towels and toiletries in the bathroom, and there’s Wi-Fi to keep you connected throughout your stay.



A quick note: the apartment is on the third floor, so be ready for a bit of a climb. But don’t worry – once you’re there, it’s all about easy living and good vibes.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay, including all listed amenities. The space is private and not shared with anyone else.



A quick note for your stay: our property switches between heating and cooling depending on the time of year. Air conditioning is provided during warm seasons, and heating is used throughout the colder season.

Situated in Chicago’s vibrant Lakeview neighborhood, our apartment offers convenient access to a mix of great local dining, shops, and attractions:

Getting Around:

Public transit is easily accessible from the apartment. The Broadway & Roscoe bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away, and the Halsted & Aldine bus stop is about a 5-minute walk. Belmont Station, which serves the Red, Brown, and Purple Lines, is roughly a 12-minute walk, offering a quick connection to downtown and other parts of the city.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. We welcome dogs and cats only for $75 per pet fee. Pets must not be left unattended unless they are crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.



*Optional Damage Waiver*



For a one-time, non-refundable fee of *$35, you can choose to add a Damage Waiver to your reservation. This provides up to *$400 in coverage for eligible accidental damage** during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.



Please note that the waiver does not cover intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or damage caused by unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or house rule violations.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link where you can complete your reservation details and choose whether you’d like to add the waiver.



If you decide not to purchase it, any applicable damage charges would remain your responsibility.
