Welcome to this uniquely spacious apartment in Hyde Park, Chicago! Perfect for families, groups, visiting students, + professionals, this inviting space combines flexible sleeping arrangements, practical amenities, with a convenient neighborhood location to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The Space
One of the apartment's standout features is its spacious and flexible layout. The large living area features a generous sectional sofa and plenty of room to gather, unwind, and spend time together.

The primary bedroom offers a private sleeping space with a queen-sized bed, while an additional queen-sized bed is located in the living room. With the use of room dividers, the living room sleeping area can be sectioned off to create a more private, second-bedroom-style space when needed.

This flexible arrangement is ideal for families, groups of friends, and travelers who want to share an apartment while maintaining some separation between sleeping areas. Additional air mattresses are also available to accommodate different group needs.

Please note that the second sleeping area is part of the living room rather than a separate, enclosed bedroom. The room dividers provide added privacy but do not create a permanent wall or fully enclosed room.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, enjoy a quick breakfast, or make a cup of coffee before starting your day. Amenities include pots and pans, bakeware, a blender, + a brand new Keurig machine.

Whether you're planning family meals or simply want the convenience of preparing food at home, the kitchen provides useful essentials throughout your stay.
