Thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and relaxing living space, you’ll have everything you need for a smooth, stress-free stay. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to shops, cafes, and public transit, it's an ideal base for both short and extended visits.

The Neighborhood:

Located in Chicago’s Portage Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side. Known for its welcoming, family-friendly environment, Portage Park offers a strong sense of community with plenty of parks, local shops, and eateries nearby. The large Portage Park provides ample green space, recreational facilities, and hosts community events throughout the year. Residents enjoy access to the vibrant Six Corners commercial district with diverse dining and shopping options.



Getting Around:

Convenient public transit options, including CTA bus routes and nearby Blue Line stations, make commuting to downtown Chicago and O’Hare Airport easy and efficient.



Other Things to Note:

A government issued ID or a security deposit may be required when needed.

Only cats are allowed for $50 per pet fee. No unauthorized bringing of pets.



Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair/odor removal.



Optional Damage Waiver

For added peace of mind during your stay, we offer an optional, non-refundable Damage Waiver for $35 per stay instead of a traditional security deposit.



Coverage up to $400 for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.



Please note that the waiver covers accidental damage only and does not apply to intentional damage, theft, missing items, unauthorized parties, house rule violations, excessive cleaning, or damage caused by negligence.



If you choose not to purchase the waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages that occur during your stay.
