The house is newly remodeled and furnished, with plenty of space to spread out. It is a beautiful home. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware so you can cook a meal for your family. The bedrooms and common areas are beautifully appointed, and there are 3 beautifully remodeled bathrooms. The hosts were very kind and responsive to questions we initiated by text. I would definitely stay here again for large family gatherings.

House was very nice and host communicated very well. The AC was a bit fickle between the three floors of the house (basement was very cold while the second story was very warm), but that was to be expected in an older home during the middle of summer. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to use.

West End Northwestern stay

We appreciated being able to stay here. It was clean, easy to find and easy to check-in. The home was cozy and allowed us the comfort and space to catch-up with friends in a calm setting. The neighborhood seemed friendly and residential with a grocery store in walking distance, as well as a nice walking path. We appreciated the ability to play board games, relax in the comfortable living spaces, as well as access to public transportation. Would recommend.

Wonderful home in a nice neighborhood

The home was immaculate. Our hosts provided all the listed amenities for a delightful stay. Ample parking on street and inside the fenced driveway. Beautiful parks and stores are walkable.

Perfect holiday weekend in Evanston

I had such a wonderful stay with my parents and my son! The property was exactly as described—spotless, updated, comfortable (great pillows and towels), and beautifully maintained. The location was conveniently close to NU, and we had everything we needed. Luggage racks would be a great addition. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Sparkling Large House in Evanston

This vrbo house was sparkling clean, felt brand new, renovated on the inside, in a very convenient location to Evanston, Skokie, Northwestern, and trains to Chicago. The check-in and checkout processes were simple, the owners communicated quickly before, during, and even after when we thought we might have left something behind. The interior is perfectly setup for 3 bedrooms, not included a basement with exercise equipment, games, and a 2nd and 3rd couch and large TV which could sleep several more adults with pull out beds. The interior was decorated very simple, clean, and smelled good. Towels, laundry, remotes, and snacks were available with ease. Plenty of street parking, and a driveway off the back alley which is gated. We've stayed in a vrbo Evolve property before, not sure how they're linked or owned, but this one was just as perfect and spotless as the last one. The only recommendations I'd make for owners are a few more towel hooks, some luggage racks for the rooms, and at least 1 full-length mirror. Thank you to the owners for their hospitality and a great experience - we highly recommend staying here!!
