Our place features a cozy bedroom, a comfortable living room perfect for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs, and a clean, well-maintained bathroom. We’ve also added thoughtful touches—like plush linens, complimentary essentials, and a welcoming décor—to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.



The Space:

Fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor (stairs only). It’s a clean, comfortable space that’s perfect for both short and longer stays. Everything’s set up so you can settle in easily and feel right at home.



The living area has a cozy sofa, TV, and a desk if you need to get some work done. The kitchen comes with all the appliances and essentials you need for cooking and dining. The bedroom is quiet and relaxing, and the bathroom is private and kept nice and clean.



It’s a great spot to unwind, work, or just enjoy a bit of peace and quiet.

For your comfort and security, please complete the check-in form before heading to the property. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent once the form is submitted. Kindly wait to receive these instructions before arriving at the address.



For your reference, our property follows a seasonal schedule for indoor temperature control. We use the cooling system during the warmer part of the year and switch to heating during the colder months.

To help keep things safe and easy, we might ask for a quick ID check and a little extra info when you book.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
