I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to."

"Location was perfect! Convenient to trains, food and shopping. We loved how every night when we got off at Kinshicho Station, we just looked up and followed the beautiful Tokyo Skytree back home. You can’t really tell how big the home is by the photos, but we were pleasantly surprised by this spacious and roomy 3-floor apartment. Amazing host! Prompt replies to any questions we had. "We fit eight in here without any problems. The house was a great base for us to explore the city for two weeks and is an easy and direct train ride from Haneda airport. The host was very easy to communicate with as well. Would definitely stay again!"
