I needed to clean the sink due to some black stuffs on it even on the floor looks like dried vomit/blood. Wiped the toilet seat, look like someone stepped on it. They only replaced the towels. The teaspoons were still dirty(not washed), cups were dirty too. The beds were changed, everything is dusty. Hope they will do...
