Viatges a Cheongdam-dong

明洞駅や繁華街からのアクセスが良いので非常に便利でした。客室は多少の古さは感じますが、掃除は行き届いていて清潔感があり、スタッフの方も日本語で対応は丁寧でした。また、ホテルの1階に無料のスーツケースが入る大型ロッカーと重量計があり、チェックアウト後も夕方まで荷物を預けることができたので非常に助かりました。 マイナスポイントとしては、元従業員の居座りなどのデモ活動が続いているようで、デモの資材がホテルと入り口を入ったところに置かれていた点です。宿泊期間はデモはありませんでしたが、景観が気になる人は注意が必要です。

Worst hotel and staff. Do not recommend, they refused to let us in & it completely ruined my trip! They refused to let us in because my companion was 18 however their policy states that minimum check in age is 19 - which wasn't an issue as I was above the requirement. Before we booked, all it said was that the "minimum check-in age is 19", meaning that we were fine as the booking was under my name. It did not mention ANYWHERE that both guests staying there need to be over 19. Shout out to Edward the floor manager and Wooram the General Manager of Shilla Stay Mapo Hongdae who did nothing, rejected every option that I as a CUSTOMER was providing them (when that's their job), and pretty much put us in a very dangerous situation of having no where to go on a stormy night in Hongdae at 1am. I asked for a refund, they said it must go through the booking platform which was going to take longer than our stay. I asked if we could at least get a partial cash refund they said no. I asked why they couldn't put me down as the legal guardian and they had no answer, Edward would just go silent and run back to his office. Wooram the General Manager had no empathy, and in fact was laughing at the idea of putting me down as the guardian. I asked for help for them to organise somewhere for us to stay, they didn't help. We ended up having to call the police, to which Edward lied to saying we were yelling at him (which we didn't - we were so exhausted from our flight we had no energy at all!)
