"Beautiful chalet hotel at the base of Mont Blanc. Access to hundreds of hiking trails within a few minutes. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent and the service was great. "Beautiful old village in the gorgeous alps near around Mont Blanc. Beautiful drive up the winding roads. Clean, quiet, lovely friendly staff, easy free parking, in the town of St.-Germain-Les-Bains. The room was huge and had a nice balcony we could look out over another village down in the valley. We did not take the breakfast but it looked nice. We drove 20" to Chamonix to take the gondola (telepherique). Totally worth the ticket price to go to the top! Astonishing beauty and history....

"Great location, beautiful views, very clean, friendly staff & comfortable beds. The only things that we didn't love were that the shower ceiling was slanted and very low. Anyone taller than 5'9" would have to be careful not to bump their head. The light over the dining area was also very low, we all bumped our heads on it. The terrace doors are large and light but there wasn't a way to keep them closed while out on the terrace. The seals on the terrace doors also weren't tight, might be a bit...

Staff so welcoming, breakfast buffet abundant with fresh in season fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, yogurt, pastry and even a clever way to make your own soft or hard cooked eggs! Loved the ambiance, and close to anything you want to see or do. The only downside was the parking is not on site, but that seems to be typical in the area. It was only a few minutes walk away. There was a billiard table in the common room, but only available to use for a fee which...

"We stayed here before hiking the TMB and the location was fantastic! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful- they assisted us with our luggage storage until we returned. Definitely recommend!"
