"Unfortunately this place is very overpriced for what you get. It was very dirty inside: mold in the shower, dirty bath mat, window sills were filthy, bugs and cobwebs in the corners. We couldn't hang our jackets because a table was in the way, one bed was very springy and uncomfortable. Messy paint job throughout. Seems there is no pride in ownership of this facility. Very disappointed, especially considering how much they are charging. "

"3 birding couples had a perfect stay at Dean’s Sunrise Bay cottage. The cottage was extremely clean and well kept. The kitchen was completely outfitted and all the beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless. Our group would surely stay again."

They set you up with lots of snacks and firewood, and they have hot water in the outhouse with a shower. The atmosphere was lovely to have evening fires and hang out with my pets."
