"I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The service was poor and the staff were not welcoming or helpful. The bellman seemed exhausted and unprofessional, which made the first impression uncomfortable. The bathroom was also in bad condition and did not feel clean or properly maintained. In addition, room service did not come daily as expected. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of hospitality, and I would not recommend staying here...

"This is a great property. We stayed 6 nights. Wonderful Public Areas with different seating areas.
Sleeping rooms are well appointed and quiet. Never heard any hall or outdoor noice.
We grabbed a quick lunch in the Cafe and the food was excellent.
Only recommendation would be to have carpeting cleaned in Public Areas.
Overall great experience.,"

"New hotel with busted tile everywhere including the bathroom in our room. Sharp edges. Shower door bat was very loose and the reading lights didn't work. We also got the wrong room, 2 beds instead of 1 king. Go somewhere else."

"The front desk guy that checked is in was great. The Hotel is clearly worn, not really clean and needs an updating. The beds are not good at all and the pillows smell like a dirty man’s head. The only good thing about our stay, was how close we were to our conference!!"

"I overall enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms and lobby were very clean. Nice bar area in the connected Lockwood restaurant. The staff was great, as was the location. 4 elevators made going up and down very efficient. Had a view of a parking garage which isn’t the end of the world. Also received an unexpected early check in which was great!
I did go to grab ice and noticed there was no ice machine on my floor, went to another floor and that ice machine was out of order. I was also unaware of...
