"Our first impression of the unit was great. Spartan, but well-chosen decor. The TV in the living room was too complicated for us. That got us out and about more. There were no towel rods in the bathroom. The layout for the unit was odd, but we like that. The kitchen had all the necessary gadgets. We enjoyed our stay."

"This rental apartment was perfect. My college friend and I came up for our first snowmobile trip of the year This place is literally right on the atv/snowmobile trail. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property owner, Vernon, responded within minutes to all questions. And to make things even better the the South Range Pub (popular snowmobile hangout) and the 1902 Tap and Grill are basically across the street. Unfortunately packers lost but the South Range Pub was a great...

"Didn’t seem like a bad area but all of the business buildings are not businesses anymore. The property is in an old building, which is unique and the idea is great. The problem is that the unit smells very strongly of old building. I felt like it was not clean because of the smell. Cool idea but I would not stay again"

"The outside of the building doesn’t represent how the place is on the inside. It’s a nice clean and well taken care of apartment that was comfy to stay in. Relatively quiet just noisy cars driving by at night. Very nice place to stay and a not very far from Houghton so it’s definitely a place I’d revisit."
