"Initially, we chose this property for the location because it is so central to all of the attractions everything is walkable and all the great shopping on King Street is just around the corner. We were very happy to find it was such a wonderful property. Certainly provided for all of our necessities and then some. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. "We were a little underwhelmed when we stayed at the Dewberry. It is nice but not for the price you pay. We stayed at another hotel for 3 days before that & had impeccable service & rooms so maybe that is why but we didn't feel like there was anything really special about our room here. The location is far away from all the things we wanted to do, which was fine because we don't mind walking, but just something to note. The rooftop bar is a must & you get preferred access if you stay there...

There was an internet outage for approximately 24 hours, which was a significant inconvenience. As a result, the bar was closed, and the laundry facilities were offline, making it necessary to obtain change for the machines. The television in my room was not working at check in and was never repaired during my three night stay, despite the issue being...
