"Difficult to navigate check in as it is on the 13th floor at the bar. No exterior signage to indicate such. No tv remote, no shampoo, had to request twice. Overcharged on valet parking. Had to valet just to check in."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte - Ballantyne by IHG
"I would not hesitate to book this hotel again! I am mostly concerned about cleanliness in a place to stay, & our room was spotless, especially the bathroom. The bed was comfy, & the breakfast was well above average. I had the most delicious biscuit there!"
