"The staff was great! The room was clean and the AC was running perfectly. The bathroom was a bit small, but overall an excellent stay. The location was great for the concert we went to. Very close, but not in the city center. Great value for the price."

Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End
"The room was ok, the people who worked there were nice. They need to update and do better upkeep. My room was next door to the ice machine that did not work as well as 3 other floors. The coffee machine did not work, and the TV did not work. We requested help on the TV twice; 2nd time I was in shower ..."
