"Hotel was brand new very clean check-in process was easy. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the hotel really. People up partying super noisy all hours of the night on a Tuesday was kind of weird."

"This was a great location for the airport. The lobby areas smelled great and looked clean. Our room was not very clean but we sucked it up since it was only one night. Omni Charlotte Hotel
"nothing really wrong with the hotel but i registered (through a 3rd party Expedia) for the ammenities like the pool, hot tub, etc. but when i checked in they were "indefinitely under maintenance" and closed. this is NOT disclosed when booking on 3rd party sites and they said it's not their problem ..."
