✔ Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please respect these times to allow our turnover team to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs will incur a $125 fee.

✔ No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including hookah, is strictly prohibited on the property. A $125 fee will be charged if smoking occurs.

✔ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

✔ Mail/Package Delivery: Direct deliveries to the property are discouraged. Use the local Amazon Hub Stations, PO Boxes or UPS Mailboxes for mail needs.

✔ Food Delivery: Food deliveries are welcome.

✔ No Parties or Events: Our home is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. Noise, unruly behavior, and loud music will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and possible additional fees.

✔ Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $250 fee. Please provide necessary vaccination records at the time of booking. Note that certain breeds are restricted.

✔ Cleanliness: Additional fees up to $250 may apply if the unit is left in an unreasonable state.

✔ Items Not Returned: A $125 charge applies for each unreturned item, including keys, fobs, and parking passes.

✔ Firearms/Weapons: No firearms or weapons are allowed on the property. Violations may result in eviction and additional fees.

Clean and modern as described and great location. Light on ceiling still hanging as described in previous review. Additional towels are needed for 4 people for 3 night stay. The coffee station was empty. Sugar packets and creamer would be a nice touch. There were no kitchen towels or hand soap. And only 1 hand towel in master en-suite. Check in was a little confusing getting parking pass. I think a welcome book or flyer with detailed information about how to get around the building would be helpful such as the coffee bar downstairs etc. also pool towels would also be a nice addition as well. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper when we arrived but Chris immediately addressed the issue and we were able to resolve I would definitely stay again. The balcony doesn’t have a pool or city view but that was fine. It was comfortable and a great location. Thanks Chris!

Easy to walk anywhere in uptown! Property is clean ain’t great amenities. Nice pools and gym. Unit itself is a little more used than expected but good for a place to sleep.

Chris was very helpful getting us checked in despite the miscommunication about the meet up and parkng pass. The condo was perfectly located walking distance to the stadium.

4.5 Star rating if I could. Easy booking process, good communication, clean, great location, great amenities, easy checkout. One suggestion for improvement would be that it needs more towels. 5 towels provided for 3 women and 1 man were not enough for a 3 night stay. No pool towels provided despite 2 pools at the location. Second con was that a light in the living room was hanging out of the ceiling by wires and the towel racks and door hanger in the master bathroom were not actually secured by screws so would fall off when shutting the door or trying to hang towels. We otherwise loved the apartment which felt luxurious and clean, was walking distance to everything downtown, and was quiet with comfortable beds! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether it is for a couple of days or a longer extended stay. Host was excellent, responsive and helpful. Bed were very comfortable and had a good sleep.
