The property located at 91.5 The Manor is a beautiful three story new construction home with a main floor living, dining, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. The second floor features two king ensuites with custom built in desk areas and access to a lovely balcony where guests may enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The homes third floor boasts two king ensuites each with custom built in desk areas. 91.5 The Manor has one private parking space.

The home was well decorated and comfortable. Communication was also a huge plus. The home has no "extras" like sugar, tea, non-perishble creamer, hand towels in powder room, spices to cook (Salt & Pepper) and no extra blankets/towels. The ice maker doesn't really work and neither does the inside water dispenser. The walls were beat up a bit from prior use and some items were showing wear (towel holder falling out of wall). The space is ideal for short stays with no interest in cooking/veggie out at home. Close to King Street and parking right up front.

Host was very welcoming and easy to enter and exit. Lots of good helpful communication. The pictures make the house look pristine but there were marks all over the walls when we got there. The hot water doesnt work in downstairs bathroom. The house next door was vacant and all the lights were on every night keeping my friend up because it was so bright. Not the owner's fault but maybe say something for the next renters? There is no teapot or tissues anywhere in house either. And the beds were really soft. We had a good time and enjoyed the house but it was oversold in the way it was presented in the app.

We were very disappointed on our stay with this rental company. We were told that our contracted rental unit shown above, was not available 3 days prior to our arrival due to an AC problem. We were given options of an upgrade at no additional charge. The “upgraded” new rental unit was immediately next door to an active construction site and was not as nice as the unit that we had originally rented. We were offered another option that we accepted but the home was not well kept up - washing machine flooded, water pressure in the bathroom sinks was a very poor, , refrigerator water dispenser need a new filter, mattress covers were stained, front porch floor was peeling and need a new coat of paint. Overall, the house was a disappointment. The rental company did respond to our issues, but was not proactive in making sure the house was functional before we arrived. Basically we were very disappointed with the house and would not recommend.

Everything about the property was as described and was in good working order. There were a few nicks and marks on the walls, and some nicks in the furniture, but that's to be expected for a rental property like this. The kitchen and living room were very comfortable (although the living room was a bit tight for all 8 people). The bedrooms were on the "small" side and the bathrooms as well (showers were simlar to European hotels). The outdoor area was nice to have as well with the cool nights sitting and having a cocktail. Walkability to downtown restaurants was about 30 minutes, but there were several restaurants and bars within 15 minutes walking that were great.

Needed a spot for siblings and their spouses to attend a family shower. This venue offered an ideal spot to reconnect whether over coffee in the spacious kitchen or wine on the veranda. Location ideal to explore city although we didn’t want to leave. Super comfortable.

House and location, etc. was excellent. Only gripe was the condition of the living room rug which was a trip hazard (at best). Could have used more chairs in the living, too. Otherwise - really nice place!

Excellent home in the perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful and well stocked. I have severe asthma and they did an excellent job accommodating my requests for scent free cleaning. The home was in a great location and had a private reserved parking space which was very convenient. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and we hope to return for.another stay again in the future. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic House and Location

We loved this house and will be renting it again! We go to Charleston as a family for Christmas every year, this has been by far our best spot. The house is gorgeous and the courtyard was great. So many cute restaurants and shops to walk to nearby. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our only hard part was some elderly and infants with the stairs, but we knew that would be the case when we rented. I'd highly recommend!

Everyone loved it - bedrooms, baths, kitchen, amenities. Minor suggestions: replace upper living room rug - kept tripping on it. replace living room chairs with love seats to enable more seating. Other than that we were all thrilled. The location turned out great too! Thank you very much.

Great Girls Weekend

Girls trip

It truly was a perfect home and location for a girls trip. The home is very comfortable and beautiful. We had plenty of seating whether it be on the porch, or patio or in the home. It's a short walk to King Street. Would book this place again!
