With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Upon arrival both units were very clean and ready for us. The layout was perfect for a multi-family group where each family could take a separate unit but we could easily hang out with each other. The location worked out well where we were not in the middle of downtown but we could get there easily. There are multiple places within walking distance such as restaurants, shopping and bars. The reason for the four star rating was that we ran into a plumbing issue and the laundry facilities are a bit challenging to use. The host was very responsive to the plumbing issue and imagine that it will be resolved before the next guest arrives. The host had great communication starting with the initial transaction, to the week prior to our arrival as well as throughout our stay. I would not hesitate to book with this host again in the future.

We had six couples for my wife's 50th extended birthday weekend. We all had our own space and we could congregate together if we wanted. The property was clean, comfortable and.....perfect! The location was great and walkable. The Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Comfortable apartment, easy to book and the management company was quick to respond and fix a minor issue we had. I will love to stay at these apartments again.

This duplex is awesome. Almost every room has their own bathroom and tons of living space. I love the porch on the first and second floor. Communication with the property owner was very good. They respond very quickly. I would stay here again when I visit.

This was the perfect house for our group of 12 girls! The house was a great set up with a bathroom for every room and walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Such a great weekend made even better by the accommodations!
