1st floor of a duplex. 1250 SF. The bedrooms (and full bathrooms) are located on opposite sides of the single floor unit . Large living room, fireplace , smart tv with YouTube TV, breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, gas grill and an outdoor table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter the place. Parking for 2 vehicles (tandem).


Neighborhood : Stono Park is an older and convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes, and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within 5 miles of historic downtown Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 11 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.

There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .

It is within 5 miles of downtown Charleston.

We love animals but pets are not allowed .

The host provided excellent communication throughout the process. The property was clean and exactly as the pictures depicted. Self check-in was simple. There were many small touches we appreciated - extra blankets, plenty of towels, creamer for the coffee as well as a nice selection of coffee and tea, free WiFi and plenty of options on TV with Netflix, YouTubeTV, Prime, etc. and umbrellas for our use - which we really appreciated with the heavy rains! The house was also decorated with holiday themed items, including bedding and dining room decor. Overall, just very homey and well maintained.

The house was comfortable and nice. Loved having a backyard and bbq. Would have liked to have a drip coffee pot, a sharp knife and a small teflon ftying pan. Otherwise great. The host was very helpful when we had a tv problem. She was really nice. Great bbq restaurant near by and a grocery store

Very clean and comfortable stay. The place was well equipped, the linens and beds comfortable and the owners were helpful and sweet. The location is about 15 to most activities in Charleston. It was an easy drive. Highly recommend.

Great proximity to No. Charleston Colosseum

Good stay overall. Location to the Colosseum was amazing- ten min car ride was perfect for us. Driving into downtown was east and pretty quick too. Just need to drive everywhere which was the only negative being outside of Charleston proper. Communication with Brittnay was easy and quick and she was super helpful with suggestions. Property size was great for two people and would even be good for four. Coffee and creamer provided, overall clean (with some minor dust in certain spots) and excellent towels. The interior is dark, the couches were uncomfortable and the beds were way too soft so that was disappointing for sure. Would definitely stay again if we go see a show.

Charleston Holiday Weekend

This place is quite lovely! I actually think it is nicer in person than it looks online. We do have 2 suggestions. The king size mattress needs to be replaced. My daughter and her fiancé would have had to get a hotel if we would have been there one more night because this so uncomfortable . The other suggestion would be better lighting in the bathroom off of the queen size bedroom. It is so dark that it hard to do your makeup. Other than than, we loved everything about this place!

This home was absolutely amazing!! Everything about it was great from the furniture to the beach towels. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Charleston and the surrounding area. central location to everything

As soon as we walked in, the house felt like home. clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Provided everything we could ask for, and then some. We were able to create great meals out of the pantry. Centrally located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Good location for access to town and tours.Kitchen hard to use as cupboards high and no stool to help reach glasses, bowls etc..Master bed has two inch topper making bed too tall for us. Wife fell out of bed while getting up as topper slides. Also, bedposts terribly dusty.Living room seating uncomfortable. Had to move lounge to see tv.
