Plenty of room for us to relax and convenient to the beach. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was really great. Beautiful and well kept. The yard, however, Is a different story. It has not been taken care of. The leaves are 3 inches thick. My small dog would get lost in them. There was also various pieces of garbage around the yard, in the leaves.

Great Quick Trip

This house was perfect for my family & in-laws. House is a little dated but for price & proximity to the beach/bridge this didn’t bother us. Appliances all worked perfectly, kitchen well stocked, linens clean & comfortable, had everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

We enjoyed the location and that you allowed pets. However, the kitchen could have been stocked with staples like salt, pepper, and coffee filters. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great location!

This house was in a great location, only two blocks to the beach and 4 blocks from restaurants and shops. The end of the island this beach access is at makes it much less crowded than further down the beach where the public parking is located. The house is spacious and has a great porch to sit on! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location! House needs some updating. The layout is a little strange downstairs. The house was clean. I will never use VRBO again. Same house was cheaper on a reality site.

A week at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very pleasant time had by all! Both of our grown children came down, with their dog, and 1 grandson with his mother and it was truly enjoyable to be there with the kids. Had a very good time.

Great location and very functional beach house

My wife and I and our dog had a great week- spent time at the beach, enjoyed the house- the house was perfect for our needs- great tv room and good internet- had to leave 2 days early due to Hurricane Ian and potential for storm surge- did not receive any reimbursement for those 2 days.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great - walking to beach and restaurants on IOP. The house itself was fine, lots of space and comfortable. The company could do a better job of cleaning- the floors were black when wiping with a towel and there was a dirty dish in the sink. Otherwise, fine stay and nice weekend.
