This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis

dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and

Perfect spot for our family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here for July 4th weekend. The house was perfect. Very clean and as described. Stay Duvet provide a hotel like service with toilet roll, toiletries etc all provided. They responded to any queries immediately. The location is excellent. We loved our stay. Thank you!

Great stay!

We paid for early check in and were told that we would receive the code for the VRBO by 8am. We did not receive the text until almost 10AM. Otherwise, check in was perfect, very easy, and the property was exactly as advertised. Our only complaint were many dead bugs/wings that were along the bathroom windows in the master bedroom - we vacuumed them and never had another problem!The beds are incredibly comfortable, the showers and other shared spaces (kitchen, living room) were functional and clean. The decks are absolutely beautiful - we spent most mornings out on the deck having coffee and ending the night with a drink in the rocking chairs. The backyard was a great size. The house is large enough to host 10 people comfortably - we had 8 which was perfect. The location is PRIME. Close to everything we wanted to do in downtown Charleston. Great walk to marion square for the farmers market. The neighborhood had lots to offer. AC and ceiling fans helped keep us cool. In unit laundry was updated and worked well.The only other set back would be that the trash/recycling bins were not completely emptied and therefore, we had trouble finding space to put all of our trash/recyclables at the end of the trip.overall, would stay here again!

Lovely spot, lovely house

Old world charm with modern conveniences. A wonderful property for our family’s long weekend in Charleston. We walked to restaurants, shopping, and site seeing. At nite we relaxed in the well-apportioned common spaces and then retired to our extremely comfy bedrooms. Loved it!

Lovely home

We loved how the old met with the modern in the esthetics of the home. Worked great for two families. We had everything we needed. Convenient to king st. There were a lot of college kids around and could hear them on the front side of the home at night, but that may be common in those homes in that neighborhood? Didn’t hear them so much in back bedroom. The internet and cable weren’t working (during March madness), but they were responsive, but it still didn’t get resolved before we left.
