Beach Days is a wonderful family oceanfront home that boasts 6 roomy bedrooms with 5 bathrooms.

As soon as you enter this spacious home, you are greeted by a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean & a boardwalk to the famous Isle of Palms beach. This serene home has space for everyone to spread out, relax, share meals inside or out, or retreat for some private time.
Guests can enter Beach Days through the welcoming front door into the foyer which is centrally located in the heart of this home, being immediately greeted by sweeping ocean views. From there, you can go to the north wing which has 2 bedrooms- one with a king and one with a queen- both with private en suite bathrooms and private deck entrances. You can stop on your way to the eat-in kitchen overlooking the wooded lot and admire the ocean view right from the kitchen sink; a fluid design allows for ease of meal prep using the built-in oven, microwave, and gas cooktop. There are counter stools and a 6-seat table for fun conversing while cooking and for casual dining. There is a laundry room in the north hall too.
From the kitchen or the foyer, you can enter the sunken living room and dining room with spectacular oceanfront views. Both rooms are spacious enough for everyone to be together making memories. The living room has been newly decorated in June 2023 which includes a sleeper sofa! You will notice the multi-level decks furnished with white rockers, loungers, and a furnished screened-in "living space" with a 4- bar top table and an outdoor seating group. There is a propane grill for your cooking needs as well.
Back inside, on the first floor, the south wing has an enormous bedroom with a king bed, a daybed with a trundle & a TV perfect for catching up on your favorite Netflix series. This bedroom shares a hall bathroom with an oceanfront bedroom on the first floor furnished with a queen bed.
The second floor's primary suite has endless ocean views. Wake up in a king-sized bed with the ocean waving at you from the doors leading to the balcony. There is a sitting area with Roku TV, sleeper loveseat and swivel chair for quiet time away from your group. The massive bathroom has his & her separate vanities and dressing areas. Wash the salt water away from direct oceanfront views in the en suite walk-in shower or rest peacefully in the soaker tub. The second floor also features an oceanfront bedroom with a queen, a designated full bathroom, and access to the overlook balcony.

Availability & Pricing:
When checking availability and pricing enter arrival & departure dates, 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday rentals in the mid-spring, summer, and early fall. You may rent 3 or more nights in late fall, winter, and early spring, excluding holidays. Click the book now button to view the price and associated fees.

You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of A $3000 security deposit, we offer a Damage Protection Policy to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.
Travel Insurance:
East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area or yours, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental total plus taxes & fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through East Islands Rentals. If travel insurance is not added at the time the reservation is booked it can be added at a later date.
