This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

I know you can't help it but the construction across the street was very loud. It distrubted our sleep and made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the porch was unusable because it was covered in dirt from the construction as was all the railings and stairs.Finally, the toilet did not work well.

The unit was amazing. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Parking was around the corner but wasn’t a huge issue. The area where the unit was located in was not very desirable and is my only complaint. If this unit was in a different part of town it would be perfect. Communication with host was prompt and responsive. Our overall experience was wonderful and we would definitely visit Charleston again.

Nice little place, just noisy during construction
Overall it was a great experience, and only had a few small issues that were quickly resolved by the landlord. The listing was updated about the construction so we expected that but it was loud so be cautious if you have light sleepers. The street was also closed most of our stay and the water was shut off for a short period one day, but that was not known to the owner and they quickly spoke with the construction crew to ask when it would be back on which was great to see the quick action. The only issue we had was the comforter/sheets were really disgusting so we had to request new ones, which the owner quickly got them swapped out. Just was not expecting a cleaning company to use a comforter with a giant stain on it. Other than that the house was great and the host was responsive and helpful!

Poor location
Freeway was behind us and major construction out front. Street blocked off during the day due to the construction. Noise all day and the condo sometimes shook. Gas was turned off first night and throughout next day so no hot water to bathe and no cooking. Owner returned half of cost. Vrbo returned nothing.

Decent location, needs better disclosure
We enjoyed our stay in Charleston but i think this property needs a better disclaimer and we also had a couple issues with our stay.1. The property is located close to the freeway and the noises are quite loud.2. There is a major construction project happening across the street that begins there work at 6:30am each morning. It is very loud as well.3. When we arrived our parking spot was taken and we were directed to "block in" the vilolating car if we wanted to. This is an issue for the property management and not to pull a guest into the situation.4. The refrigerator broke half way through our stay.

Great place in an excellent location
This apartment is comfortable and in a great location. It is decorated nicely and has everything you need. It's on the second floor so be prepared to cau your luggage up, and the parking is a couple houses away.Parking you're not prepared

Convenient to King Street
Upper unit conveniently on king street which makes everything walkable. The two bedrooms with a tv in each make it great for two couples. The units accommodations are more than enough for an extended stay (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, pots/pans, etc). Host accommodated dropping luggage early which was very helpful. Would recommend checking out if you have a smaller group and want to be walking distance to places.

Cozy upstairs 2-bedroom apt in a convenient location just off King Street. Reserved parking fairly close.
Comfortable and quiet. All the basics needed for a couple of day visit.
