Lee and Kim are possibly the best host I have ever experienced. We experienced a small bump during our stay, in which they responded very fast and efficiently to fix the issue. The house itself has a very cozy/warm feeling. During our stay it was 4 adults and the house was a perfect fit, not too big and not too small. It was the perfect distance from Folly Beach (13 minutes) and downtown Charleston (17 minutes). I would highly recommend this place if you are not wanting to stay in downtown Charleston but want to be close. They have beach towels, sand toys, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, a couple of coolers and some life jackets for kids. Which is wonderful considering those are things you may need or want when going to the beach but if you fly to Charleston you wouldn’t bring with you. They also have extra shampoo, conditioner, and body washes in case you forgot or run out. Lee and Kim have seriously thought of everything you may need when staying here. They have plenty of kitchen utensils if you are more of a cook at home person rather than eat out. Lastly, my dad was using crutches during his stay and was easily able to get in and out of the house and around the house. That was a huge thing for my family when booking this VRBO was wanting to find a place that would be easy for someone to get around with in crutches but not too far away from everything we were planning on doing.
