This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

The cutest place in Charleston walking distance to King Street and all of the wonderful stores and restaurants! 3 super nice bedrooms, comfortable beds and bedding, updated bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom across living area from other 2 bedrooms. Kitchen and family room in center. Great set up. Darling place! Communication with host 5 stars! They responded immediately to all of my questions. Home one block from beautiful fire station and coffee shop!

This property worked well for our group. It was nice having 2 separate bathrooms with split bedrooms. Living and dining area was smaller but we didn't spend much time there. Location was great! Easy walk to King Street. I highly recommend this property!

The location was amazing, right down from King Street, bagel shop right down the block, Corner Grocery store around the block! Beds were very comfortable, tons of towels, kitchen fully stocked and our own parking spot! We were only there for about 24 hours (went to the Mumford and Son's concert on Daniel Island), but it was a perfect stay for the four of us. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

The property is only a couple blocks away from great food and drink but still with a quiet neighborhood vibe. The house was clean with comfy beds and recently remodeled bathrooms. I would easily choose to stay here for futures stays.

Loud, roaches. And a boxspring-less bed

The place is cute and close to the shopping and restaurants on king st. That’s the good.There were a bunch of roaches. 2 dead ones, 4 or 5 alive ones. One of the beds had some kind of makeshift box spring that was essentially just two beams crossing in the middle. You can imagine how comfortable that was to sleep on. The house was maybe just a downside of being so close to the action. One of the bedrooms with an actual, functioning bed faces the street and is literally inches from a busy sidewalk. Lots of drunk traffic walking to and from the bars.

Charleston - the Good and the Bad

Location of property is great! The place we stayed was not so good. The beds were great but bathrooms were awful. There is a reason they don’t show photos of the showers/baths online. Mold behind the caulk, dirty shower, terrible workmanship…in need of some major renovation in the bathrooms and a new cleaning crew. I am always less concerned about aesthetics and more concerned about condition. Place needs some care and work. But I guess we paid for the location and that was a plus.

The best thing about the property was the location and the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and it’s nice to have a king size bed. The rest of the house was kind of shabby. The showers were gross. They definitely need to be gutted and replaced

Great stay!

The location was excellent! King St was a block away and there was a fabulous bagel shop diagonal from the property. There were three good size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms were a little run down and could use a face-lift. We were 6 adults and we were all comfortable sitting in the living room. The only problem was that the property sits on a busy street and it was very loud at night. People were talking, yelling, and laughing and you could hear everything. We were also on the first floor and when the upstairs guests arrived it was extremely loud and difficult to sleep. However, you really got a flavor of Charleston living and we enjoyed our stay.

Great little place for a family!!

We had a great stay at this cute little location close to everything in the city. All of the things we did were within 15 min of our location. We had a convenient parking spot off street several ft from our front door. It had 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nice sized living room/ kitchen area as well.Would stay here again! here
