The Space:

Step into refined comfort at The Palms – Suite B, a luxury escape in a transformed antebellum home. Blending classic Southern charm with modern amenities, this retreat offers access to a serene shared courtyard with a hot tub and is just 1 block from King St's best dining and shopping!



** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate units - A / B / C. They share the common courtyard space and hot tub, but each has a private entrance with dedicated porch seating **

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite B and Suite B's balcony seating area. The entrance to the house is through the courtyard, accessed from Saint Philip St.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: 1 parking space is provided at an off site parking lot located on the same block as the home. The parking lot is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 min walk.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 1 block from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.

• Hot tub hours 9am - 9pm (Hot Tub is shared with guests of Suite A / C)



• This home is divided into 3 separate units. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suites B / C are located on the second & third floors. They share the courtyard and hot tub.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• Stairs Required – Suite B is located on the 2nd / 3rd floors.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants or children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only, there are two exterior cameras. They monitor the patio and brick alley entrance.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

We enjoyed our stay at The Palms. The property is conveniently located just off King Street, close enough to walk to our favorite restaurants, shops, and South of Board but still relatively quiet from street noise. The unit is cute, comfortable, and well equipped. We enjoyed the two-story layout having the bedroom and living space on different areas. Reserved parking is a major perk and a quick walk down to the end of the block. The outdoor space is cute, quiet, and secluded. Loved the little touches too like the record player and waterfall shower. Tom and Hannah were excellent hosts and quick to respond. Would stay again and recommend to others.

This home was beautifully decorated and was close to many restaurants. It is one block from King St which is one of the main dining and retail streets in Charleston. We were able to walk everywhere. We had no issues with our stay in this home.

Great property with nice porch and courtyard. Well decorated and maintained. Best communication with hosts with thoughtful check-ins. Only knocked down a star as there is construction right now next door, but this place is wonderful.

Perfect Charleston condo

Tom and Hannah’s place is perfect for a weekend stay. I stayed here with my 2 sisters for a long weekend and it was exactly what we needed. There are 3 units on the property with a super cute shared courtyard. The location is super close to King Street bars, restaurants and shopping which we loved. It can be a little noisy at night, but they had sound machines which was a really nice touch, and it didn’t really bother us. Would definitely come back!

2nd Time Also a Charm

My husband and I just returned from our second vacation here in two years. As before, everything was great. Tom and Hannah are the perfect hosts. They have thought of everything, down to the sound machines in the bedrooms. The location is convenient to most things that Charleston has to offer. Only caveat is there are a lot of stairs, so be aware if that would be a cause of concern for individuals with more limited mobility. That said, we would be very happy to stay there again.

Great Spot!

My buddy and I booked here for a golf trip and it was perfect. I’d even bring my wife and 2 kids as there is enough space and everything you need. The outdoor areas are really nice and the unit is clean and in great shape. Plus the location is amazing and you can walk to anything you’re looking for. You won’t be disappointed. Mother/Daughter Weekend

The unit was beautiful and very clean. The reason for my three star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating is because of the noise. The listing said there was noise because of construction, but I wish they would have also stated that the bedroom with the king size bed faced a rooftop nightclub. Between the noise of the club, well past midnight, and the couple next door to us either shagging or snoring loudly, it didn’t make for a decent night’s sleep. If you’ve come to party the location is great, but when you’re 59 🤪

Everything You Could Ask For

My husband and I were meeting up with another couple and we wanted to find a place that was impressive and convenient to the Charlestown cultural activities. Our May 2023 stay was an excellent value for both price and location. The courtyard 2nd floor balcony entrance made a breathless first impression! We made the right choice. The whole property with its high-end renovations attractively exuded pride in ownership. Our hosts were quick to contact us to make sure everything met with our satisfaction. It sure did! Our 5-night stay allowed us to explore Charleston in every manner: walking, free shuttle, and by car. We used our car to visit Cypress Gardens and Sullivans Island. The Unit came with 1 parking pass, with a limited curbside parking available for a second car (this was handy for unloading/loading car). We enjoyed morning meals on the deck with specialty pastries and fancy coffee available right around the corner. Everything was there for turn-key use; we need only pack our bags. I loved the thoughtful 5-star touches: Wi-fi, cable tv, games, coffee, olive oil, condiments, washer and dryer (modern), dishwasher, crushed iced from new refrigerator, hairdryer, flat curling iron, brand new white towel sets for all, fresh linens, comfortable beds. The owners did not cut corners with the well-coordinated furnishings. We enjoyed the comfy deck each evening after adventurous days. Thank you, Tom and Hannah, for a job well done!

Girls Escape

We had such a great time in Charleston and the home made it that much better. The rooms were beautiful and everything was so convenient. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants on King street and there was a free bus stop right on the corner for getting around to other areas if we wanted..We will definitely stay again if we are in town.
