"This is a very new hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean without signs of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable.There is plenty of parking. The location met our needs.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was understaffed and understocked. They ran out of a number of items. The water dispenser was out of order and there wasn't an option for filling our water bottles. Guests left tables without bussing and the staff didn't bus either."

"This was a brand new property and we only stayed one night. The checkin instructions on the site were not what was needed but a quick call to the property and it was all set. It was a great rate and we stayed there due to the walking distance to the xfinity center, an easy 20 min with police helping at crossings during the show times!"

"The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there.My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away."

"I never heard of a booked room the guest having to request to be cleaned after the room is given to the guest. Every hotel I've been to the room given to me is always clean. Here at La Quinta the room was given to me dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and so dirty. The employee at the front desk told me that the room is given to the guest dirty and that I have to request to get it cleaned. I've never heard anything like this before. "This motel is so misleading on the site. Old, says it’s Pet friendly but had sign up making you think they were not at the check in desk, door to bathroom would not even close, no grass to walk dog, the charged $35 pet fee and it had been $25 at every other hotel we had stayed in. Room had terrible smell, moldy, mildew smell. Dirty drapes, towel rack about to fall off the wall, front door was horrible. Tub was dirty. See pics"

"Room was clean, beds comfortable. There were a few minor negatives, like a bare lamp bulb with no shade, and no other chair than the desk chair.
Breakfast was excellent.
I would have given 5 stars to this property, except that they advertised a restaurant and room service on their ad, and don’t have one. Also, twice I tried calling, and no one answered."
