"The picture of this place does not do it justice. It is so clean inside and spacious for everyone to move around and be really comfortable. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping just six minutes away. Water park and Busch gardens very close as well. The staff response time is really great we appreciate all the help. My kids and family really loved it. If we come back to VA we will definitely be back. "

"We loved our stay at the Green House at Green Springs! We found it to be very clean, spacious and welcoming. The pool area was exceptional. Though it is out away from the city, it is still close to everything there is to see and do in the Williamsburg area. Our stay was even better than we anticipated and we hope to return on our next visit to the area! Very pet friendly too and our pups enjoyed their stay, as well!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. It was close walking distance to the VCU where we did a lot of our work that week. The house was clean with a lot of amenities and small comforts like toiletries and a parking space which made a huge difference. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Creek. We rented the creek house out for my dad's 72nd birthday. He loves to fish and he had an amazing time here. The house was very well kept and the walk down to the creek was very simple and enjoyable. My father just had a hip replaced a month ago and had no problems walking down to fish. He caught a lot of large catfish on liver and a cork, many small white bass and perch on jigs and a small largemouth bass on white spinner bait. We didn't use the...

"We had an amazing time at this property! Cliff is very responsive and a great host. The kids loved being able to “stay in the past” but have modern day amenities (I.e. A/C, and running water!). Staying here created an immersive experience added on when not in Colonial Williamsburg. We would definitely return. "

"This well-appointed home has been remodeled well. The bedrooms are large, the family areas have ample seating, and the kitchen has nice appliances. "We had a great time at this property for our trip to Williamsburg! It’s a short drive to get to most of the sites and attractions and it is very nearby several really great restaurants and coffee shops! Mary was awesome and very hospitable. Great communication when a few technical problems arose before we got there but she was there working hard to make sure it was handled before we checked in! Great time!"

"We loved our stay. Rode our bikes from Richmond and it was a great place to relax. Beautiful views of the river and so peaceful. The host could not have been more accommodating, he was super nice! We took the boat taxi to Blue Heron restaurant both nights and it was lovely. We hope to return soon."

"This is our 2nd stay. Cant' say enough regarding Captain Ron! Wonderful gentlemen and tries to accommodate you with anything you need. The boat is a wonderful unique experience. You need to like boats or this is not for you. Look for egrets and herons. Turtle hangs out by boat looking for food. Captain Ron is also a great writer. Check out his book Bohemian Skipper!
