"Outstanding service and facilities. Every staff member was professional, and the breakfast was excellent. It was a truly memorable stay that exceeded my expectations, with absolutely nothing to fault."

"Muy cerca de catedral y ubicado sobre el camino de Compostela todo está cerca y la instalaciones impecables Excelente costo beneficio"

"Überaus freundliches Personal, sehr schönes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück"

"A beautiful place to stay when visiting Santiago. The hotel is part of a medieval church, making the rooms very special and memorable. I highly recommend it."

"After hiking 500 miles across Spain, we thought to splurge on our last 2 nights. The room was extremely small and overpriced. We stayed in private rooms in albergues that were larger. We felt it was overpriced regardless of its location. Very disappointing."

"Pleasant location, smart vibe, convenient to the Cathedral and other attractions. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. Room more than sufficient with exception of tiny — 4 foot by 4 foot— bathroom. Standup shower, 2’ by 2’. Did not contain and drain the shower water, which leaked to cover the bathroom floor. Perhaps the other guests were luckier than I, with a larger bathroom and/or properly sealed shower door."

"Excellent location. On the main street with shops and restaurants. Near the cathedral. Fairly quiet. Nice, small wine bar downstairs. Breakfast place across from front door. Code access worked great. We had the triple room. 3rd bed was a futo with mattress on top. Would stay again!"

"What I like: clean room, staff helpful, good breakfast, easy parking. I didn’t like the gym, small for the hotel."

"Me gustó que la habitación tuviera pequeño frigorífico. Buen aire acondicionado"

"Hotel fuera del bullicio con buen estacionamiento, con vista y muy cómodo."

"Beautiful hotel; the staff is very helpful and friendly, they’re wonderful. We’d definitely stay here again when we come back to Santiago"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Rooms are comfortable and quiet."

"Really nice clean and please include bred fast is really good"

"The location is great. It's charming and has character so it felt special. There are many restaurants close and it's very close to the cathedral. I'm not a fan of the keyless systems because my phone was dead by the time we got to the hotel. I had memorized the code. I have mixed feelings regarding having to do online check in and not having dedicated staffing. The staff communicated well via email and there was someone there briefly as we entered."
