Welcome to our Endless Summer House on Lake Murray! Step inside and find the follow in our home.

Living Room:
Bursting into view from through the front door is the spacious living area; comfy couches, a SmartTV, and a giant bean bag for the kids are waiting to greet you. With windows galore for lighting and an open style concept inspiring relaxation, this room makes for one dynamite first impression. Clean and serene, you’ll be glad you came.

Kitchen:
Beautifully open to the living room, the kitchen welcomes you as much as the main room does. Feed your loved ones in our updated kitchen, naturally lit by the multiple windows letting in the sunshine. In the cabinets, you’ll find all the utensils, platters, and accouterments needed to handle any sized meal your family deserves. From Fruit Loops to Filet mignon, you have everything you need to fill an appetite!

Dining Area:
Doubling as the kitchen island, our large, stone eating-area seats aplenty. Tell a joke and pass the salt while watching the sun drop over Lake Murray.

Primary Bedroom Suite:
Continue through the kitchen to access the primary suite. With a queen bed, clean sheets, a private bath, and a view of the lake that’s even better in person, this suite delivers above and beyond your expectations.

Full Hall Bathroom:
Head back to the living room and take a left down the hallway to find the bathroom. With a tub/shower combo and extra toiletries and linens, the guests in the spare bedrooms will be well accommodated.

Bedroom Two:
At the end of the hallway is bedroom two with a full bed. As excellent as the primary bedroom, this bedroom gives guests all they need for a restful stay plus another window to soak in the lake view.

Bedroom Three:
At the end of the hallway on the left is the third bedroom. Here you’ll find two separate twin beds with clean sheets and soft pillows on each—perfect for the kids!

Downstairs Living Room:
You'll find a twin bed with an additional twin mattress trundle bed in the downstairs living room, bringing the guest count up to 8! There is also a half bathroom off of this living area.

Game Room/Bar:
We weren’t lying when we told you this would be a good time. Head downstairs for some fun in the game room: pool, ping pong, a poker table, a huge couch and TV, and a full bar with a mini-kitchen are at your service. And with another huge window showing the lake, what are you waiting for? Come on!

Back Patio/Backyard/Dock:
Available from either the living room or game room is the two-story patio. With its open spaces, covered furniture, and front-row seating for the sunset, this is where most of our guests spend their time. The well-manicured backyard gently slopes down to the lakefront and gives access to the private dock, where you can swim, fish, or share a drink with a friend. In addition, the large, stone-built fire pit provides for more outdoor activities at night. If you’ve never sat by a fire, watching the moon reflect off a lake’s surface, you’re in for a real treat.

Laundry:
Should you need to do some washing, the laundry room is to the right of the kitchen. A washer, dryer, and several laundry pods are provided for your stay.

You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!

Please note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This will be sent through a money request.

We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
