Finally on the 3rd day of complaining we were moved to a different room. No efforts made to comp us for anything. A couple of the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "It is a decent location and the property took actions to keep guests safe (key-ed elevator access). I think the only thing that I didn’t like was outside of anyone’s control (street walkers and their habits). Absolutely adore that the bathroom had a bidet. Staff were awesome and courteous. Room was consistently clean. :)"
