"From check in to check out, everything was smooth, beautiful and clean. The staff working here are extremely nice and helpful. We got here way earlier than anticipated and really appreciated that they had a room ready for us after hours of travel. Love the refillable water stations. Great location, felt safe. Restaurant on site is beautiful and the staff was amazing as well (we only had drinks, but the menu looks awesome)! Rooms were very clean, quiet, updated and the bed was very comfortable!...

My daughter and I didn't feel comfortable leaving the hotel, especially at night. "Super clean. Love the attention to details. Easy to prep coffee in the morning, well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Right across the street from the hospital. The host even provides ear plugs but we didn't need them. We were in room 7 and no other units shared a wall which made it super quiet. Will absolutely stay again. "

"The valet at $55 a night did not always text me when the car was ready. 1st room had a plumbing issue and stains on the carpet. 2nd room stains on carpet. Bath room small, underlit, no counter space, no exhaust fan. Room was so noisy was like no insulation. Sounded like a window was open even though it wasn't. Missing a trim piece on a down light. I called for room to be cleaned one night and it did not happen. I felt like the room was tolerable but not what I expected at this price point....
