Each time we stay at Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, we are warmly greeted by the staff. On our most recent stay, the room was wonderful, it was very quiet in our hallway, and we both slept well on the very comfortable bed. We look forward to our next visit.

Air conditioning didn’t work , was so hot it was like sleeping in actual hell, I moved to a different hotel the next day .. I was extremely disappointed.. it should be clear that they don’t have adequate air conditioning

Hotel is “tired” and needs refurbishment. Gym was out of date and not clean and room service took 70 minutes for a sandwich when the promise was 35-40 minutes

Room was very large, with full kitchen. Clean, with maid service every day that took away dirty towels, remade beds etc. Valet parking was easy to use. Great location downtown close to metro stops, walkable to bell centre.
